• Shipping policy

    Oriol Carrió Barcelona will inform the CUSTOMER by email of the date of departure of the order from the warehouses of Oriol Carrió Barcelona. Within a period of between 24 and 72 hours (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not included) from the date of confirmation of shipment, the order will be delivered to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER.

    All shipments will be made through the most appropriate logistics operator.

    At the time of delivery of the order, the CUSTOMER must verify and check the status of the delivered merchandise, sign the delivery note and request a copy from the carrier.

    In case of incident due to lack of merchandise, lack of products, damage to packaging or others; The CUSTOMER must specify on the delivery notes provided by the carrier (original and copy) any anomaly detected, sign them and notify Oriol Carrió Barcelona of said incident within a maximum period of 24 hours following receipt of the order.

    Any claim related to the transport notified after 24 hours of receipt of the order, will be rejected.

    The delivery of the order is considered made at the moment in which it is made available to the CUSTOMER and Oriol Carrió Barcelona is exempt from any responsibility for loss, theft or impairment from that moment.

    Oriol Carrió Barcelona is not responsible for delays caused by causes beyond its control or due to force majeure.

    Oriol Carrió Barcelona will not be responsible for errors or damages caused in the delivery when the delivery address provided by the CUSTOMER does not fit the place of delivery desired by it.

    The loss or deterioration of the merchandise during transport will not be the responsibility of Oriol Carrió Barcelona, but of the transport agency itself.

     

    Shipping costs

    Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the purchase process and are duly specified before payment of the order.

    If the order is placed from outside mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, it will be necessary to contact customer service to proceed with the calculation of the corresponding shipping costs.

     

    After-sales services

    In case of incident, duly notified and approved by Oriol Carrió Barcelona, the best way to resolve it will be agreed with the client.

    Oriol Carrió Barcelona is not obliged to indemnify the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect, accidents suffered by persons, damage to goods outside the product, loss of profit or lost profits.

    Right of withdrawal

    In compliance with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, Oriol Carrió Barcelona informs you that given the type of products the right of withdrawal is not applicable.

    Article 102.1 -Except for the exceptions provided for in article 103, the consumer and user has the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days without indicating the reason and without incurring any cost other than those provided for in articles 107.2 and 108.

    Article 103 - The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to:

     

    c) The supply of goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

     

    Exceptionally, the CUSTOMER may exercise their right of withdrawal provided that their order is in the process of preparation and has not yet been sent, by contacting by phone 93 458 44 20 to notify it and subsequently sending the confirmation of withdrawal in writing to infoarrio.cat indicating in the subject the online order number.

     

    Refund policy

    In the event that a refund has to be made, Oriol Carrió Barcelona will manage the refund of the amount paid through the same payment system used by the CLIENT within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the confirmation of acceptance of the same by Oriol Carrió Barcelona

    Conflict resolution

    Spanish law will apply to this contract. The parties agree to submit for the resolution of any controversy, conflict or claim derived from this contract, to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

     

    Modification of the conditions of sale

    We reserve the right to make changes at any time to the website, to policies, terms and conditions, including these Conditions of Sale.

    The CUSTOMER is subject to the terms, conditions and policies in force at the time of placing the order unless, by law or at the request of the public authorities, a change is made in them that must be applicable to any order previously placed.

    If any of these conditions is declared invalid, null or for any ineffective reason, this condition will be considered excluded without this declaration affecting the validity or enforceability of the rest of the conditions.

    In case of partial nullity, the rest will remain in force and will be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the purpose of these Conditions of Sale.

    The non-exercise by Oriol Carrió Barcelona of any right derived from these Conditions of Sale should not be interpreted as a waiver of this right, unless expressly waived in writing by Oriol Carrió Barcelona or prescription of the action that in each case corresponds.
